Project Japandi
The brief was beautifully minimal: design a space that feels close to nature, using natural materials and a lime-washed wall finish to give a soft, tactile texture. The goal was to create a refreshing, calm vibe throughout.
Drawing on Japandi design principles a harmonious fusion of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth the flat blends clean lines, uncluttered layouts, and a muted neutral palette enriched by organic textures. You’ll notice the soft, matte limewash walls contrasted with natural wood tones, linen textiles, and touches of stone or clay. The result is a tranquil space that invites serenity, grounded in nature and thoughtfully minimal in style.
