Suituated in the heart of Winchester, the Kneaded Café project was a rewarding and memorable experience. The building, a listed property, is steeped in history and came with strict preservation guidelines. Many original features had to be carefully maintained, including a remarkable fireplace with a unique story tied to the late Queen Elizabeth.

This project called for a thoughtful and sensitive approach. Every decision was made with deep respect for the building’s heritage, ensuring that its historical and cultural value remained intact. The final result is a warm and welcoming café space that blends timeless character with modern functionality an environment that honours the past while serving the present
